Delivery and returns

Delivery

To find out what the delivery charge is just add the item to your basket, and have a look in there and any applicable default charges will be shown. You can always remove the items from the basket again. There are also faster shipping options available during checkout to choose from.

We use Royal Mail unless the goods are too big or heavy to send using this method, or if you have chosen an alternative option at checkout. If we use a courier company we will email you the details of the courier and a tracking number on dispatch of your order.

All orders should be dispatched within a maximum of 5 working days. If there is going to be a delay for any reason then we will do our best to let you know.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, or it is the wrong size, you can return it for a full refund or exchange as long as it has not been used. If you are returning a product because it is faulty then we will refund your postage costs if you provide us with a receipt. To arrange a return, simply reply to your order confirmation email or email us at info@harts-cyclery.co.uk to enable us to find your details quickly.
